Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to paid seats in the MACD Timing Studio, Histogram Reading Clinics, Private Signal Coaching packages, and stand-alone Signal Lab seats confirmed by Scalable Networkin. Rates on the site are informational; the fee in your confirmation email governs the booking.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the first scheduled session of a Studio cohort or coaching package, or at least forty-eight hours before a single clinic or lab seat. Cancellations inside those windows may receive a partial refund of fifty percent if we can fill the seat; otherwise the fee is non-refundable except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Downloaded pre-work PDFs already issued, completed one-to-one sessions, and clinic seats attended are non-refundable. Deposits held to reserve a Studio cohort are applied to the balance; if you cancel after materials are issued but before Session 1 within the fourteen-day window, we may deduct a materials fee disclosed in the confirmation.

Rescheduling and no-shows

One reschedule to a later cohort or clinic date is allowed without charge if requested within the same notice periods above, subject to seat availability. No-shows without notice forfeit the seat fee. Live video participants who lose connection mid-session will be offered notes or a make-up slot when practical; that is not an automatic refund.

Work already started

If a Studio cohort or coaching package has begun, refunds cover only unused future sessions at our reasonable assessment, minus materials already provided. We do not refund for dissatisfaction with market outcomes after training.

Process and method

Email info@scalablenetworkin.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days. Processing time may vary by your bank.
