Scalable Networkin is the data controller for personal information submitted through scalablenetworkin.digital. We handle information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where applicable.

What we collect

Enquiry forms may collect your name, email address, preferred lesson, preferred format, and message content such as markets or timeframes you trade. Server logs may record IP address and basic request metadata. Optional analytics cookies, if accepted, record aggregated page usage — see our cookies page.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply about seats, clinics, coaching, or the Signal Lab; to prepare session materials where relevant; and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active enrolment, dispute, or legal requirement. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained in aggregated form according to the analytics provider’s settings.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions. Contact info@scalablenetworkin.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are unsatisfied with our response.

International transfers

Our hosting or email providers may process data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
